My stay at this hotel had some promising aspects, especially the stunning oceanfront views, but I encountered several major issues that overshadowed the positive. While the rooms were clean and had great views, the service left much to be desired with rude and unhelpful staff members. Additionally, the location was excellent, right by the beach, but the dining experience was very underwhelming and prolonged. Overall, the high prices did not match the level of service provided, leading to disappointment.
